“I know it’s crazy to give someone all five stars across the board, but Michela really is an all star! My husband and I are first time home buyers, which is already an uphill battle in and of itself, and trying to become first time home buyers in Marin of all places really added a cherry on top of a stressful sundae. There’s no way we could have been able to find our perfect first home without Michela’s expertise, drive, and dedication. “Where do I start....Michela was incredible throughout the process!
We had been looking on our own for over a year when we began working with Michela. Our mandate was next to impossible (Mill Valley, flat land, hard cap on what we could spend, etc). She was patient with us but most importantly she knew the Mill Valley market and agent inside and out.
Michela took time to fully understand us and she knew when properties weren’t right for us. Michela identified nuances that we would never have noticed or thought of on our own and would have regretted down the road.
When Michela found “our home” she was 100% invested in making it happen...but more importantly her advice, recommendations, and understanding of the market were spot on. We found ourselves interested in a home that had over 100 people at the showing. There were 7 final bidders and she knew the sales process that we should expect from the agent that was representing the seller. Michela also was in tune with the number it would take to get the property once we walked the property together...and it took exactly that figure. There were two other bidders by the end that hoped they could walk away with the property for less, and they were never given an opportunity for a best and final.
In summary, we now own our DREAM HOME! We would be devastated at this point if we were now looking back and missed out on this home. There is nothing more I could ask from an agent and Michela’s industry and location knowledge proved to be invaluable.
